“We had issues with condensation building up and leaking onto my ceiling from old ductwork. BK Mechanical came out installed new ductwork, cleaned the coils on the furnace and are scheduled to add another air vent in our living room. They are professional, compassionate and friendly. Ryan and his team did an excellent job so far and when I asked about the payment I was told to wait a few days to make sure everything was to my expectations then take care of it. I am thankful for professional service that even they demand quality. Thank you Ryan, all your team and BK Mechanical for quality, professional work! I recommend this company 10 out of 10!!”

“Once again, the staff and tech were amazing. Friday night before going to bed, found a lot of water on the master bath floor leaking under the sink. Our thermostat was going out so I had them come check it and sure enough we needed a new one.. Thank you B K Mechanical, you are there for all our needs. They also do our semi-annual a/c and heating inspections.”

“There was contact from the main office asking that they come to do a check up on the new system. It was scheduled for a Technician to come out. Another call to ensure technician was on his way the day set. Technician came out. Changed filter, check unit all over even offed expertise on keeping unit clean from moisture build up and dust. The area was left clean and in order. Very nice personality, knowledgeable of his equipment and shared how to order filters. Service was very good. Thank you.”
