He checked out the unit, advised us as to the problem and told us what he needed to do in order to correct the problem. Asked if we had any questions and whether we wanted to proceed with the maintenance. We have always had very good results with Just Better Air.”

“Costed me $300 just to have my ac unit not fixed when he said he fixed it, didn't even last a few hours after he left but yet he fixed it also was told i will call yall and check on it and here it is a week or two later and aint heard from no one but they got there money. I should of known the minute the tech got here but i gave them the benefit of the doubt n it did nothing but screw me. I would never recommend them nor use them again. I dont no what makes a tech thinks cleaning a brand new unit was gona do. This units not even 5 years old but yet here we are still not fixed. Went through this recent snow storm with no heat so yea big thank u for nothing.”
