“Kind of disappointed - our AC went out and I called them on a Friday after 5pm asking if they could come out after hours. The lady said yes, we will get a tech out to your address so we waited for over 2 hours and then I finally called back. I then talk to the tech who tells me that they only offer after hours service for existing customers. Well, thanks for letting me know that when I first called! I could have called another company to have them come out and help us. So I can't give a review for the quality of their service, but I can say they won't help you after hours so don't bother! (I told them that they need to update their website to say they offer after hours service ONLY FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS!)”
