“We had been hearing radio commercials about Best by Farr (that's FARR), and always want to support local family-owned businesses, so we contacted Best by Farr to get setup for an initial checkup/service on our year-old A/C unit in Camp Verde. From the initial call to the office, to the follow ups and the service appointment - everything was fantastic, professional, friendly and detailed oriented. Our service technician was outstanding, not only professionally, but also so friendly. He explained everything and told us that we could watch his every move, if we wanted. The cost was excellent compared to the quote that we received from the company that originally installed the unit out of Phoenix, so we signed up for the annual maintenance plan for two visits a year. Nic, the fellow who serviced the swamp cooler, was very attentive as I tried to explain the aggressively annoying noise, which didn't occur during his inspection of the equipment (Figures!!). Even without the malfunctioning noise, he sort of diagnosed the problem, and made a few adjustments. Afterwards, Nic, suggested I wait a few days before expecting to pay a fee. This surprised me, but I complied. That swamp cooler worked perfectly! No annoying noise at all. Upon opening the unit up, and spending time searching for a reason for the AC not working properly, he found a small coolant leak, added coolant, and temporarily stopping the leak until he could return with a small part to more permanently stop the leak. The system works perfectly now. Seth was efficient, friendly, courteous and professional. Thnak you so much.”
