Wilson's Heating & Cooling LLC

Wilson's Heating & Cooling LLC runs as a family-owned HVAC outfit based in Cottonwood, Arizona. Their small two-man crew brings over fifteen years of direct experience handling heating and cooling systems for both homes and businesses. They stick to core principles of solid work at fair prices while keeping integrity at the center of every job. This setup lets them focus on residential and commercial needs without extra layers, and they know the local demands that come with keeping systems running through Arizona's swings in temperature. Homeowners count on them for straightforward fixes and installs that hold up over time.

In practice the team handles residential heating and cooling repairs along with commercial work and new system installations. Cottonwood summers push air conditioners hard with nonstop heat and fine dust that clogs filters and wears parts faster than in milder areas. Homeowners regularly face breakdowns right when temperatures peak, or they need fresh units put in during new construction or remodels. The crew shows up ready to diagnose issues like failed compressors or weak airflow on the spot, then completes the repair or swap without dragging the job out. They target getting every system operating correctly from the first visit onward.

Customers keep coming back because the work stays reliable and the pricing stays honest in a field where delays or shortcuts cost real money during bad weather. Feedback highlights fast response when units quit, clean results that last, and clear talk about what needs doing versus what can wait. That record of steady performance across hundreds of calls builds the kind of trust that shows up in the numbers. DIRT Score 4.96 from 430 reviews on Finds.

“I cannot say enough good things about Wilson’s Heating and Cooling. I called yesterday, and Mike Wilson and his technician were here the very next day. That kind of responsiveness is rare these days, and I was incredibly grateful. Both of them were professional, polite, and genuinely kind. They diagnosed and fixed my heater quickly and did an excellent job — and at a very fair price. It’s such a relief to find a company that combines skill, integrity, and reasonable pricing. What truly stood out to me was something small but meaningful. As Mike was leaving, he noticed my doorknob was loose and about to fall off. I told him not to worry about it, but he smiled and said, “It’ll only take a screwdriver — and I have one right here.” He fixed it on the spot. That simple gesture speaks volumes a”

“I found Mike and Tom to be very thorough and honest. The last two companies I had out for tune ups either tried to sell me a new unit or missed obvious needed repairs. I will stick with Wilson's from now on.”

“Wilson’s is the best! They communicate well, they schedule a specific time, not just a window, their technician’s show up on time and get the job done efficiently. Their fee structure is very fair. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.”

“Very responsive, returned my call right away and was able to work us in quickly. Mike & Tom are both great, did great work servicing our AC units at a reasonable price. I hope to keep using them moving forward.”

“I had an air conditioner replaced on my roof a few years back and was pleased with professionalism with Wilson's business and kept up with yearly service checks and will continue onward . Mr. Wilson replies promptly when I have called for checkups which is cool and calls when on the way to appointment . 🖖👽”

“Very knowledgeable and professional. His prices are very competitive. He was personably involved with the HVAC installation. (With some of the larger companies you don’t know who they’ll send out to do the installation. Thy may be qualified or they may not). 80% of HVAC systems that fail in the first 10 years is from faulty installation.”

“Tommy was on time and very professional. He was great at explaining what he was checking and answered my questions fully. He gave me a couple of recommendations for making my system operate more efficiently, as well. I highly recommend Wilson's Heating and Cooling.”

“Mike Wilson and crew are fantastic and we wouldn't consider using any other HVAC company. They are very trustworthy, highly experienced and knowledgeable, professional and just an amazing local family owned business.”
