Metzler Electric Company Inc

Metzler Electric Company Inc operates out of Crockett, Texas and focuses on HVAC work for houses along with small commercial buildings. The local heat and humidity push systems hard through long summers, which leads to breakdowns from nonstop running and dust buildup in older homes and offices. Their crew handles the steady demands of keeping air moving in these spots where units wear out faster than in milder climates. They show up ready to deal with the common problems that come from constant use and tight spaces in buildings around town.

They perform full system checks and component installs on HVAC jobs that keep places running right. Rory came out to assess a commercial building project and stayed in touch through the whole process until the work finished. Homeowners note the quick response from this family run outfit when service calls come in. Staff with years on the job handle repairs on units that stop cooling properly due to heavy use and buildup, getting things fixed on the technical side without extra delays. They cover the usual demands like restoring air flow in houses and offices where older equipment needs attention to stay reliable.

Customers consistently note the fast turnaround on service visits along with clear updates from the crew and solid results on the repairs themselves. The price matches the experience level they bring so it comes across as fair for the fixes completed. A few mention that scheduling gets tight when things stay busy but the quality of the HVAC work stands out across most jobs. DIRT Score 3.65 from 17 reviews on Finds.

“We hired Metzler Electric to perform work for our electrical project in our commercial building including rewiring of cubicle furniture and an outlet installation. Rory was great to work with in assessing our project during his visit and was great with communication leading up to install. At install Matt their electrician was on time as scheduled and also great to work with and was very professional. Matt also handled any obstacles with ease. We are happy with the results.”

“Great family run business. Quick response with excellent service. Will use them again!”

“They told me in an email that they would put me down to do some electrical work. She said I had confirm now because they were so busy they couldn't even come out to give me a quote first, so I said put me down for the work anyways. Two days before my appointment, I check if they are still coming since I hadn't heard back from them and I had already taken vacation off for that day and stopped looking for electricians. The lady tells me that they are sorry that they can't make it anymore...I already took off for that day and planned my week around it. It's hard to find an electrician but I know for sure that I will NOT be going to Metzler. Didn't even have the decency to notify me that they weren't coming...I had to check with them first...what kind of business does that?”

“Great company to work with with very knowledgeable and experienced staff. Well worth what you pay! I am very pleased with their work!”

“Great service but I wish they'd just send me the bill in the mail instead of some random email that I never actually found.”
