“Felipe Garcia was incredible! First - He was so kind throughout the whole process, and he was also very knowledgeable. He literally saved us from 90 degrees of heat that we and our dogs have been dealing with all day due to no cool air coming through the house. He located the problem, executed accordingly, and I’m beyond thankful it was resolved! He even untangled the absolute mess of a hose my landlord left me (we just moved in) and he was able to wash the AC unit. I am super appreciative of his time and the effort he gave to fix our terrible problem that was making us miserable. Thanks to Felipe, we will have a great night of rest and cool air! “This experience with ARS has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was assured the evening the work was sold to me that it was a 1 day job and workers would be here the following morning by 8/830 once a permit had been secured with the city. The “workers” strolled up to my property at 2. I have a sign on my video door bell that says please do not ring, they rang the door bell. When I answered over video as I was no longer home 6 hours after their expected arrival, there was no hello, no salutation just a phone shoved in the face of the camera. The person on the phone began speaking to me rather than the “employee” of ARS. Had the person only door step spoken to me they would have learned I too speak Spanish. 30 minutes later we arrive home to find one worker sitting on the ground scrolling his phone, the other worker digging solo. They stayed and “worked” for a total of 2.5 hours. Again this job was said to be done in a single day with the pipes exposed until the city could inspect. The job was no where near finished, I have three children so not using my plumbing per the sales person the night before request, is a bit of a problem. They used my hose, left it filthy with mud caked on the entire hose and not even put up on the reel. And my favorite part of that days experience was them dumping the RAW SEWAGE WATER onto my shared driveway and my lemon tree. Although the field supervisor assured me this gentleman would not be back, they showed right back up the following day. Again working for a small amount of time, leaving trash, mud and rotted pipes on my SHARED yard area. It remained like that for two weeks as their horrible job didn’t pass inspection not once but twice. The entire area smelled, had flies all over the pipes etc. I called ARS every day this week requesting to speak to a supervisor, nobody would call me back. I used the websites chat to request a call back, nobody called me. I texted the field supervisor who sold me the job and requested a call from a manager, twice, nobody called me back. This may be a money grab business for ARS but this is my home. My children play where you dumped raw sewage, my hard earned money is paying for this horrific service. Even more unethical they told the loan provider the job was completed so that the funds could be released to them a full week before it was. I have done everything I know how to do prior to writing this review to just speak to a human regarding this nightmare. Do not use ARS; they sell you a job, send you random men to your home and ghost you when you have questions. The pictures included show the sewage water dumped on my shared drive way, where the workers were supposed to dig (indicated by white chalk) and where they actually dug (indicated by the giant hole), my house that I neatly put back with mud, exposed area around the pipes just left open as today they “finished” and some of the removed sewage pipes that were left out in my shared yard for over two weeks. Stay away from ARS.”
