“Awesome company. Texted Matt that my A/C is out at 6 pm. Had his crew out the next morning. Cade and Blake were right on time (actually 15 minuutes early) and very knowledgeable and professional. Had it fixed in 10 minutes. Really nice guys. Definitely recommend Absolute Air. Very honest. Make sure it's this company. Matt and Cade and Blake are all mentioned in the numerous 5 star ratings.”

“Paid $3,750 to replace my evaporator coil, and within a week it started leaking. They came back and said another part needed to be replaced, but even after that, it’s still leaking. Then I was told it might be the drain pan, but the part “wasn’t available.” I’ve tried contacting them multiple times since with no response. I dealt with Matt a few times before and he was always available to help, so I’m unsure what happened, but the lack of communication now is very frustrating. Very disappointed and now considering filing a complaint with the BBB. Would not recommend”
