“Came out to inspect my ductwork for a leak as part of an American Home Shield warranty call. They sent someone out, who did zero troubleshooting, took a few pictures, then reported incorrect information to AHS (or just straight up lied). I called a few times to iron this out, but could never talk to anyone.”

The technician gave me attitude and walked out claiming it's fixed even though he didn't do anything. They know the unit is faulty but keep making excuses because they sold it to her. These people are liars and con artists. Avoid!”

Called him to confirm and get a possible eta he never responded. He later responded around 2 and said he was sending someone out. The guy that came was HIGHLY unprofessional and didn’t fix the job or give us a quote on what the issue was. He also had a bad attitude. I would not recommend this company at all!!”
