“Don't waste time with anyone else, use Cool-It. I called Cool-it after another provider listed several items to be replaced on a relatively new system. I called 2 other companies for second opinion. Vixiene came the next day, and even called to come earlier. He spend longer than the other 2 companies checking the system and gave an honest and knowledgable description. At the end of the day none of the $8000 of work recommended by the other company was needed, was all an upscale for commission. Will only be using Cool-It going forward.”
