“I was assigned this company from my home warranty provider on Monday morning. My tech was Miguel. He cam the same day to diagnose the issue with my downstairs unit. He was methodical and accurate in checking all components to finally find the cause of the problem. Waited for approval from warranty company. Was approved and I asked for Miguel to be assigned to complete the task. He arrived within scheduled time, completed the repair explaining what he was doing the enitre time. Started system, waited 10-15 minutes to make sure all was good. Let me just say this guy is awesome, very friendly, polite, and made sure I knew exactly what problem was and how he fixed the issue. If I could give 10 stars I would. I know who I will call again for any a/c or heater issues with my 2 units. Thank you Miguel for being a true professional in your field.!!”

“We’ve have on camera the tech saying our drain looked great. We called because we were worried too much water was draining. He said no that’s perfect, it’s draining / dripping as it should. Then he went to our attic, and guess what? Now it’s clogged and it won’t drain at ALL! Do you know what happens when the pipe gets backed up? It goes into the dry wall. You can see the water stains were the water perfectly ran until he clogged it. He also lied about our pipe being moved, said it couldn’t be covered bec it was installed “wrong”. Not true, he can’t say what was right or wrong 65 years ago. The pipe was ran correctly back then. Now unfortunately this is who our warranty uses, I’m waiting on a call back from them to see what I should do but J&J will have to fix or pay for this. Seems like they purposely cause issues to rack up a bill.”
