What Customers Say
“Entrance of Semi truck is on North Eldridge Parkway. If you go West Little York rd, you will have to go and turn around somewhere. It is a little confusing, you may think that entrance is for only cars. There is a security guard who is normally waiting for you. They have enough room to turn around or back up into their docks. FYI: They normally load too much weight 44 pounds or 45 pounds. Truckers, make sure you check with your Dispatch and broker to make sure that the weight dispatch told you matches with Rate confirmation you have or is the same weight your dispatch told you. It happened to me and I heard other drivers complain about it as well. Hope this information is helpful. Thank you”
“The entrance for trucks is on N Eldridge parkway, there’s a guard shack that tell you where to go. Great place to get unloaded, plenty of room”
“Thanks @Toshiba for very quick unloading , plz have someone clean up the ground so no one have to run into all these nails ! Thanks”
“Well, the previous reviews are correct about what dock/department you deliver to. I couldn’t get my information before hand and ended up walking to three different buildings. Fortunately they are close to each other and the weather was great. Nice people though. Not a lot of space to maneuver, but doable. Unloaded me rather quickly once I got my door. Thanks you for the fast unloading.”
“It took longer to find the right gate for tractor trailers, find the wrong dock, find someone who knew where to find someone who knew someone who might know where I was to drop my load . . . than it did to drive their supplies down from The Canadian border! Factor an extra day once you're here to drop. Bring extra food, perhaps a tent!”
