“This guy is a scam artist and delivers goods that he knows are defective. Purchased a new system. Wise installed the system Over the last 23 months the company has been out over 15 times to fix a new but system that the new to be defective. The system runs for a few weeks and stops, As I am 72 the company left me with a defective and system that they disabled during the coldest part of winter in December 2025 while the "waited" for parts from a company Daikin only a few miles away causing great stress to me an my family, they have charged me for repairs that never fixed a totally defective unit. The owner is verbally abusive and will not repair or refund my original purchase price of about $5000.00 and charges me for repairs that never work for more than a week or two. I have also contacted the Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton for defrauding an elderly person with good he knew were defective.”
