#1 Ally Air Pro Llc

#1 Ally Air Pro Llc runs HVAC work out of Rowlett in the Dallas area. Robert handles the calls and the truck work for residential heating and cooling jobs across Rowlett, Rockwall, Garland and nearby spots in the DFW Metroplex. The company focuses on AC repair, full system replacements, new installs and regular maintenance checks. They use flat rate pricing up front and stick to repair first when possible instead of pushing new equipment right away. Hours run nine to five every day of the week including Sunday.

Homeowners call when the AC quits or when another shop quotes a full replacement on an old unit. Robert has come out for compressor problems and fixed them with a new starting capacitor plus a hard start kit, which kept the existing unit running. Other jobs involved cooling spots that stayed warm in two story houses, old systems that needed a second look before replacement, and units left broken after a prior visit from someone else. In each case the fix came in under the first price quoted, the house cooled evenly afterward, and no extra equipment got added.

Robert shows up on schedule, explains what he finds in plain terms, and gives straight options on whether a repair will hold or if replacement makes more sense. Service stays inside the listed DFW towns and follows the posted nine to five window. Customers note the clear pricing that beats other bids and the fact that Robert answers directly instead of sending a sales crew.

Five reviews give the company five stars on Google, with repeated notes on honest calls, solid knowledge of the systems, and repair choices that avoided big replacements. DIRT Score 3.1 from 5 reviews on Finds.

“Robert with #1 Ally Air pro was able to find and fix my issue quickly and cost efficiently. He did not try to upsell me and I am happy and cold again. I am even noticing areas in my 2 story home that are now cooler than ever before. Highly recommended”

“Last week my A/C stopped working so I called a local HVAC company for help. The tech who came out told me my compressor is toast and I would need a new outside unit and also I should consider a whole new system. I decided to get a second opinion. I called #1 Ally Air Pro. Robert came out and told me a new starting capacitor will fix the problem and he recommended installing a hard start kit as well, to which I agreed. Robert saved me thousands of $ !!!”
