“Worst experience ever as a homeowner. My system was installed May of last year, but did not work until September, my house was constantly at 80 degrees, once it started running in Sept. it wasn’t bad. Last week (8/3) my AC went out again, reached out to the salesman and he blocked my phone number. Upon going upstairs to look at my unit, I found that my float switch for my drain pan was not connected, my door switch which is a safety switches was taped over and my third dampener (which was a decent amount of money by itself) was not connected. I have tried to contact the company and all I ever get is the same ole line, we’ll get back to you. I never hear anything. Unfortunately, I will have to take legal action. I spent over $20k with this company and it has been nothing short of a nightmare, please do yourself a favor and go with someone else.”
