“I have had so much trouble with other ac companies in the past, so I was worried about finding the right company when I needed to get my ac replaced. Thankfully, a friend referred Air-Kool to me, and they were one of the best, most professional companies I have every worked with. They really knew their stuff, didn't try to upsell me, and now I have better air conditioning than when it was new. I can't say enough good things about this company, and now it's my turn to return the favor and recommend this wonderful local company.”

“It was time, we had survived with an outdated HVAC system for years, the heating and cooling was not only uneven, the system could not keep up. In winter you were cold, in summer you were hot, plus my electric bills were astronomical. I contacted several companies for quotes on a total system replacement, which also needed to include a more efficient cold air return routing. Some were high, some were low, but Air-Kool and one other vendor seemed more in tune with my requirements. Air-Kool was not the least expensive, BUT, the office manager, Brenda, had amazing open communication with me and we were able to agree on an extremely efficient (Seer2 19/80,000 BTU) 2 stage variable speed Amana system that included all the bells and whistles I required. Additionally, the warranty appeared to be the best of all the brands quoted, a key element to me. Communication was the key, my hat is off to Brenda for working with me through this process. We did quite a bit of "tweaking" back and forth and I feel we agreed on the best "bang for the buck" for my application. Cost was a factor in my decision, but even more so, was the relationship with the company. Air-Kool shined in this department, I felt like we were on the same team with the same ultimate goal. As for installation, Otilio and his crew did an outstanding job, the workmanship appears impeccable, everyone was professional and they pushed on through the heat (it was in the 90s) and never once heard anyone complain. This was a big job with it taking two days to complete. Air-Kool even provided portable units for the bedrooms since we were not going to have AC for an extended period of time. This was something I was eternally grateful for as it was going to be unbearably hot otherwise. When the work was completed, all the old equipment was removed, they cleaned up and it appeared, like it never even happened. I am writing this the morning after the installation and the system works so well, I actually reset my thermostat a couple degrees warmer, as it almost felt like there was a chill in the air. That has NEVER happened before. My compliments to the entire staff at Air-Kool and I would highly recommend them. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.”
