“I called them at 8:00 in the morning and they were asking me if I would approve overtime instantly that let me know what they were about. it's now 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon and still no plumber. They are just waiting to send them until later so they can charge me time and a half . Most companies who are asking if you approve overtime right away they're trying to bump up the price as much as they can. Which means that they're running with less plumbers so they can push things to overtime and charge people more”

“Our company Alex them they was there to fix our walk in cooler they got it running the first day and returned early the next morning to complete the repairs. We are very happy with our Tec Josh he explained what was needed information was given to me every time he found an issue and he had all parts on his truck. “We were recommended Andrews Refrigeration by So Low Environmental Equipment to change the battery on our -80°C freezer. Andrews told us that they would bill us for the trip to our facility in Scottsdale to evaluate our freezer --- around $150. We would then be responsible for the cost of the battery or any labor needed to repair anything. While at our clinic, the service technician told us it would be around $70 to replace the battery. There were no problems with our freezer. We told the tech that $70 was fine for the specific battery needed. A few hours later, he returned, replaced the battery, and billed my card $739.32 without confirmation, approval, or justification for the charges. This company is fraudulent, and we will never use their services again. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and will be disputing this charge with my credit card. They are not transparent with their billing. BEWARE!”

“we are 5 star plus satisfied with andrews service inc. we did not have any a/c related needs, but did have some plumbing issues. technician nolan came out with his apprentice and hydro jetted our pipes and then did a smoke test. locating the problem and resolving it: being a commercial building they worked around our availability times when the property was unoccupied. they arrived earlier than scheduled and were ready to roll on the work immediately. nolan is sharp and confident and he don't mess around, he diagnosed our issues and got everything we needed done in a good time frame. thanks for your service to us! sincerely, trep”

“Our commercial freezer went out this past Saturday and Andrews got there in time to save our pork butts. Even at weekend rates it was reasonable, and the tech didn’t hang around running up the tab. He was quick and efficient, highly recommended.”
