Artisan Restaurant Service Company
HVAC Contractor · Dallas, TX
About
Artisan Restaurant Service Company works out of Houston, TX on commercial and industrial HVAC jobs. They focus on systems for restaurants and bigger facilities that run heavy equipment and need steady temperatures to stay open without issues. Houston heat and humidity keep cooling units working overtime most months, so their crew handles the constant demand for fixes on large setups that smaller shops might not touch. The company sticks to practical work on heating and refrigeration too, showing up for whatever breaks in kitchens or warehouses where downtime costs money fast.
They handle new installs on complex systems for any size restaurant or industrial space, getting everything running right without shortcuts. Repairs come with 24/7 dispatch when a unit quits during peak hours, and technicians check the problem on site before giving a clear quote on time and cost. Maintenance covers tune ups and full checks to prevent breakdowns in busy spots, using NATE certified skills on all makes of equipment. Houston businesses call them for furnace work in winter or quick AC patches in summer when the load spikes from the weather.
Customers keep coming back because the crew shows up on time, explains the fix in plain terms, and finishes without dragging out the job or adding surprise costs. Speed on emergency calls stands out along with solid quality on installs that last through tough conditions, while prices stay fair for the scale of work. Communication stays direct so owners know what to expect before anything starts. DIRT Score 4.91 from 108 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“Went here for #ConcertUnderTheStars "Motown". It was phenomenal!! We had the meatball sandwiches and the peach cheesecake. Cool breeze and romantic atmosphere!”
“A little more christmas lights would have been great. A few outdoor heaters as well.”
“The Artisan is the PERFECT place in the Dallas Arts District to stop in and grab a drink and a bite with friends! Need a casual dining spot for lunch? This is THE PLACE! Try their shrimp bisque!!! It’s a creamy culinary delight!”
“This is a cool venue but there are limitations in Summer months. For a 6 pm show there is a direct sun glare and reflection off the glass building that shines down on sitting area. There are trees but not everyone was protected. They need a bunch of fans and misting devices for this location to be feasible in Summer at this time. Music was good but too short and not worth paying premium prices. Do the later time in Summer months. We did not eat, food smelled and looked good but too hot to eat. There is a walk up bar so there is not any table service.”
“I was completely impressed with this lil gem! I had the chicken pesto flat bread on the lunch menu, so good! So fresh! And full of flavor”
