We hired another company (Milestone) who literally came to the house twice in a month and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but these guys had the job done within a 24hr notice at a fair price. “No one answers when calling. They did a poor job installing our AC and it quit on us with in 3 years. Reply: I've called but the line is only and Spanish and I don't speak. The drain pan was put in wrong and spilled through my celling which I had to repair my self. It messed up my floor and celling. Right now the unt randomly works. It was supposed to have to air intakes and only one was put in, so it works to hard. I would love to actually talk to someone and it would be great if this could get rectified.”

I had to get another ac company to take a look and they noticed so many issues with the installation. I bought this house less than 2 years ago. The ducts are not installed properly. The ac unit is not the right size for my house. The CPM value does not meet expected value. There’s no water shutoff valve on unit. The whole job was done by amateurs.”
