“Definitely the WORST tax business I have ever been to in my life. I went to Brenda to support her business and she was completely unprofessional. She has the worst attitude ever and did not give me all of my tax papers. When I noticed she didn’t give me my papers, I called her then she hung up in my face multiple times and now she refuses to give them to me. She was very anxious to take my money without completing her service and was very rude. If I could give this business a star below 1 I truly would.”

“I’ve known Brenda since I was 12 I’ll be 47 in a few months. Always respected and looked at her like a Auntie and role model. I met her through my father who knew her late husband. She was my cheer sponsor in little league and I use to love her dearly! She can be very unprofessional, negative and very toxic. After completing my taxes in November (I filed late) she refuses to return my original tax documents, W2’s, 1099’s, receipts and invoices. She completed my return November 15th. I have been asking for my documents since November 16. I advised her to keep copies of only the portions required for her records, to make copies of anything she needs and return the rest. I tried to coordinate meeting her at her office several times but she was always a no show. I asked if someone working in her office could provide me with the documents and she said no! I last went to her office November 23 and November 24th but she was not there and provided no response. I don’t know why she trips and flips but can only assume she is angry because she wanted an item from my business that I special ordered specifically for her at cost (what I paid for it) and did not want to pay the listed price. Mind you due to the special order I was not making the standard profit/markup because it cost me more than usual to get it but I was not charging her more than the listed price. Also she did not pay for the special order!! Other than that I have no idea why she stopped responding? My daughter tried to arrange to meet her at the office to pick up the documents because she needed them for school but told her she is closed for the year. However she lives 5 -10 minutes away. My father attempted to reach out to her but she didn’t respond. I’ve now had to file a small claims court case to attempt to retrieve my documents. This is very unsettling for someone who you looked at as family and the relationship broke due to business. Do Better Brenda!”
