“The South Main Church of Christ is happy to give an overwhelmingly positive review of B.I.M.s. Prior to reaching out to B.I.M.s for a consultation regarding our aging chiller, we had engaged with multiple contractors and an M.E.P. firm. We were attempting to determine how best to address our H.V.A.C. needs for our auditorium space. All of our discussions that had preceded our consultation with B.I.M.s had led us to believe that a complete system replacement was going to be necessary. Some estimates were exceeding $750,000. When we reached out to B.I.M.s, Grant and his team took a different approach. They recognized that the heart of our system was good, but it had a plethora of supporting equipment that was very mismatched.
