“After forty years of home ownership I believe that Blackall is the best heating and A/C company that I have dealt with. Their maintenance program is reasonably priced and and the service is excellent. I have no concerns that the technician would make unnecessary repair suggestions. They show up when scheduled and go about their work in a friendly and professional manner. He explained what he did and what I may need to keep an eye out for. I have had the occasion to need emergency service when my A/C unit went out in the summer heat. They were easy to call and the tech was out to my house in a very reasonable time and repaired the problem quickly at a reasonable cost. I really like these people!”

“You guys really have an amazing ambassador driving around 121, please know that the maniac driving your white Chevrolet/GMC van #44 with Texas license plate DRR8729 ran me off the road and onto the left shoulder on Sam Rayburn Tollway with less than a car length between us because he/she had to be first. I’m sure if you ask him/her about it, the reply would be “it was raining and I didn’t see him” but that excuse won’t work on the account that it had just stopped raining on tollway, please know that I’m not into writing bad reviews, however, I did have my kid in the car and this is the only way I can let you know aside from a phone call so please educate your employee on road etiquette.
