About

Blemar Group Inc operates out of Austin, Texas and focuses on HVAC work for homes and businesses across the city. They manage teams that respond to the demands of local weather, where long hot summers push air conditioning units hard and occasional winter freezes can strain heating equipment. The company keeps crews organized so that technicians stay available for ongoing assignments without gaps in coverage. Feedback from those connected to their operations notes steady handling of personnel matters and a structure that avoids conflicts between workers and management. This setup supports consistent HVAC services in an area where systems often need attention due to heavy use and temperature swings.

They organize work groups for HVAC tasks by making sure staff members stand ready when projects begin and receive pay on schedule to maintain steady involvement. Mr. Rodrigo Arias has drawn notice for his kind approach when interacting with people tied to the company. In practice this means crews handle air conditioning repairs, heating checks, and system maintenance for Austin properties by showing up prepared and keeping jobs on track over months of regular work. Homeowners face frequent breakdowns from dust buildup and extreme conditions, so the company emphasizes having teams in place to address those needs without added complications from internal issues.

Customers have noted the responsible way the company manages its personnel and avoids problems with staff or employers during extended periods of work. Praise often centers on timely payments and the supportive presence of team members ready for assignments along with the kind manner of individuals like Mr. Rodrigo Arias. Other comments mention shortfalls in communication during early contacts and organization around follow ups. Speed and quality show in the reliable crew availability while price and clear exchanges depend on the specific interaction. DIRT Score 3.27 from 48 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

Belmar is a responsible company that deals with its personnel. I have been working with them for 6 months and I have never had a problem with the staff, nor with the employer, nor with the team. They pay on time and there is always staff waiting for the work group. Mr. Rodrigo Arias is very kind, attentive, willing to help you in any problem. Likewise, Mr. Nelson is very attentive and kind. They are a professional group. I recommend it .

I literally just got off the phone with a recruiter and they where rude and being short when I asked for info about the job. She didn't read my resume and when asked about my experience she acted as if she didn't know what I was talking about.

No organization whatsoever. I had applied for a position, and got a call back pretty quick about it. Was told my resume was basically perfect for the job I had applied for. After going on for an in person interview, literally didn't hear anything back for an entire week. Called/texted numerous times, even got given the number for a "corporate office" that never answered. Ever. Waited to give the benefit of the doubt just to be told the company didn't want to move forward. And then I get an email from the HM that made it sound like he had completely forgot about that entire past week. I don't get how someplace can be so unorganized. It's not hard to keep someone posted about an application, especially when you can literally just text them. Don't ever apply here, you might as well give your application to a brick wall. But hey, the brick wall might give you better options.

Very unprofessional, 08/06/25 at 11 am the lady called my phone & when I answered, I asked “may I ask who’s speaking” as she DID NOT IDENTIFY WHO SHE WAS & she hung up directly in my face. Very unprofessional. No communication skills & seems very rude .

If you’re recruiter is Chasidy just know she will be rude to you. I don’t know why people who don’t have patience work in these type of jobs. She is super rude. I was calling to ask about a job and she told me to check their website and so i did and called her back to ask about one that interest me and she immediately hung up the phone.
