Customers describe calls that bring a technician the next morning during peak heat, with Billy heading into the attic to swap a filter, test the outside unit, replace a capacitor and add freon while walking through each step. Other jobs involve steady honest checks that have kept systems running year after year and cases where the crew stepped in after previous outfits could not finish the work. Reviewers note the same straightforward approach on repeat visits that removes worry about breakdowns.

The shop stays open Monday through Friday from eight in the morning until five and closes on weekends. Reviewers mention quick callbacks when problems surface and clear explanations during visits that match the billed work. Service stays limited to the listed cities around the Dallas Fort Worth area with no mention of emergency hours outside the weekday schedule.

“Billy came out to repair my HVAC the next morning after I called . The temp was in the 100s and he had to go into my attic to check the unit and replace the filter. Brave! He tested the outside unit, replaced the capacitor & topped off the freon. He was very good at explaining what he was doing and so prompt. I will recommend Brundrett to my neighbors & friends!”
