“CJ is a great service provider. Called on Tuesday and they were out that evening. Unfortunately I needed a new heat pump unit. Got another bid and CJ was half of the second quote. Called them and scheduled a new unit . They installed the next day. I had used my previous ac repair company for over 20 years. I will only use CJ in the future. Install went perfectly. “I called CJ Air Solutions when our AC was not cooling as it should. I prefer to use local companies and we hired them last year to replace a capacitor which seemed to work out fine at the time. They were quick to answer and schedule an appointment, however, they no-showed on me and then showed up unannounced the next day. They found several issues with my system and charged me $700. Unfortunately, the original problem still wasn't fixed. I called them back and they scheduled a new appointment. The appointment window came and went with no call. I contacted them and they said they would still be coming out later in the day. First, he said the issue was a capacitor which was covered under warranty from a year ago. But before he left, he said that after speaking with his boss, the issue was something else in which I needed to spend another $180. He said they were giving me a break on the price since they missed the issue in the previous visit. I just wanted it fixed so authorized the additional repair. The next day, we are still having the same original problem and I'm out almost $900. CJ Air Solutions is either incompetent, dishonest or both. I do not recommend calling them if you value your time and money.”

Cecil also explained why the problem developed and recommended ways to maintain the system to keep it from happening again (this was an A/C repair). I highly recommend this company to anyone in the area who needs HVAC services!”

“I had both of my home AC units replaced by CJ Air Solutions in April. There were a couple of issues with the new units that took a few subsequent service calls to fix. Each time I reached out to CJ Air they promptly showed up and worked to address the problems, and they took the time to thoroughly check everything. Many places will make you wait, or take several days (and sometimes weeks) to come out for a service call. CJ Air has always been available no matter what time of day, and even on the weekend. I highly recommend CJ Air for their expertise and reasonable prices.”
