Reviews note solid quality in handling complex pediatric needs though some mention occasional gaps in speed or follow-through on tests and checks. Price feedback stays limited but the overall record shows steady performance in facilities support. DIRT Score 3.66 from 1264 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

From the bottom of my heart, I am incredibly grateful for the care my child received at Children’s Medical Center Dallas. During one of the most difficult and frightening moments of our lives, every single staff member treated us with kindness, compassion, and true professionalism. They didn’t just care for my child they cared for us as a family. One moment that truly touched my heart was when a social worker came into our room and gifted us two $15 cafeteria cards without us even asking. Such a simple yet meaningful gesture made us feel seen, supported, and not alone. No parent ever wants to face an emergency with their child, but life can change in an instant. In those moments, having a place like this makes all the difference. This hospital is filled with people who genuinely care, and I will always be thankful for the love and support they gave us.🤍✨🙏🏼

I was there with my 12 year old daughter. She was transported there from another hospital for kidney stones. We were told she was going to have more test done to see if they could be passed or not. When we got there no test were done at all all they did was check her vitals. We were there a day and a half. The nurses were great and accommodating and she loved the food!!!

My daughter is 10 years old. She has diabetes type 1 & we had NO IDEA. Last week I rushed her to an urgent care because I was confused on her symptoms. Urgent care completely wrote her off & I ended up rushing her to Children’s Health in downtown Dallas. As soon as we walked through the door the receptionist, Edwin (I believe is his name), immediately put my daughter in a wheelchair & helped us get her over to the emergency area. All of the staff immediately saw the severity of the situation & legit moved faster than anything I’ve ever seen to help her out. They saved her life & helped me understand what diabetes even is. I’m writing this because the receptionist is truly amazing & I wanted to make sure he got the recognition that he deserves! The staff of course are AMAZING as well, but I really wanted to shout out the receptionist. He saw the severity of the situation & helped us get right over to the emergency room because I had no idea how to get there. Every second mattered in that moment & he jumped into action. Thank you so much to EVERYONE from top to bottom. I truly appreciate you guys more than you could ever know!!!! HIGHLY recommend!

Staff at C10, epilepsy monitoring unit were very helpful and pleasant. Most specifically our nurse, Erica! Childlife specialist, Nathan Lopez was outstanding. He went so far out of his way to find a specific Daniel Tiger toy for my child which was above and beyond. He was joyful, kind and patient. Thank you, Nathan for being a light in the darkness!

This is our third time staying at this hospital. My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes our first trip here then 2 more trips for her sugar after. Each time was for multiple days so with that being said, this place is absolutely amazing. The doctor's and nurses are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond!! This hospital needs way more praise than they actually get!
