“I have worked with this business in the past and they have always done a great job maintaining our AC/Heater unit. We had a new unit that came with free maintenance service that just expired. It was a pleasure reconnecting with Cob. Heat and AC and they provided great service and tips to maintain our unit longer and in good shape.”

“Larry responded quickly and was able to make it out to service our A/C units the next morning. The issue was resolved and our A/C units are back up and running in less than 24 hours. “I was referred to Cobb by Premier Warranty and this was the worst experience I've ever had from "ANY" company I've had to deal with!!! Both took my money and I had to do "ALL" the footwork. I was told to pay out of pocket by Cobb because Premier may not pay Cobb...Cobb gave me a # to call that didn't work!!! Nothings gonna be done by either one except for an evaluation by Cobb...I've canceled Premier after I've paid for the full year... I "DONOT" recommend Cobb services or Premier Warranty!!!”

“Cobb Heat and A/C Worked on our A/C unit for approximately 2 weeks and got it to cool for a few hours, I paid him thinking the job was done then it stopped working again the next day. I placed a call to Cobb again to advise him, returned a day later saying we needed a compressor. My thoughts were after working on it for 2 weeks, you could not determine that the compressor was bad, you are obviously in the wrong business, I was upset with his lack of knowledge. He told us he would return but didn’t, left us high, dry and hot! He texted a few days later saying he had not forgotten about ius, ughh! I texted him and advised that his service was no longer needed and asked for a partial refund of the $1,150 I paid for his non working services. To date, I’ve not received a refund nor a response. If at all possible, please do not use this business, nice guy but not willing to take care of business.”
