“The ac went out late afternoon. We called Cool Time. They said it would be late evening before they could get to us. Dusty was our service tech. He was very knowledgeable and personable answering all our questions. He was able to get us back online and let us know we should think about replacing the blower motor. We called on Friday to set up an appointment to install a new motor the following week. They called back later that day and said they could install it on that Friday. They sent Dusty back out and he replaced the motor for us. We will definitely call Cool Time and request Dusty on any future projects. Than you Cool Time.”

“Not sure what this company’s connection is to sheetz mechanical in Comanche but a truck from cool time was affiliated some how. Came to pick up parts today because I refused to pay for work that was done that was not quoted to me or approved by me to be done and unplugged all the wiring to my attic unit and according to a tech from another company there was no reason to do that and leave it like that. Not the condition it was found in when they first showed up. More detailed review please look up sheetz mechanical for my google review.”
