“Even though it was a last minute call as the last company came and looked at issue, charged us a service call and said they would be back that afternoon with the proper equipment. They never showed and would not respond to texts or calls. As we had been without hot water for close to a week, I googled Navien authorized repair service and Comfort Concepts was the first one to pull up. I called and explained the situation and they stated that they would work me in. Mike showed up, assessed the issue and we had hot water in less than 15 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and explained the situation to me. Top notch customer service. Would definitely recommend.”
