“This is NOT Coomes - they were bought by Willard. They use Coomes name because of the stellar reputation of Coomes. We were a customer of Coomes for decades, and purchased two HVAC systems from them. Coomes stood behind their installation/products and they were always very fair and upfront with their services. Coomes was an asset to the community and the people they serviced. Willard (now going by Coomes) is not. We had a ($60) snap-in part replaced for $900, no receipt or invoice received (the office will send it), until months later and me asking for it, and an undisclosed fee of $350 for the “warranty” on the $60 part (who would “purchase” a warranty for $350 for a $60 part)! We purchased the maintenance plan when we got the part replaced but after seeing the extra fees we were charged without agreeing, we will never use Willard, now going by Coomes, and because the phone was answered and communication is received as “Coomes”, we didn’t know it was Willard. Look at Yelp reviews and check Willard reviews, and even when the tech tells you the office will send a receipt, get an invoice before paying these guys! Better yet, go to a reputable company for service and purchase of HVAC.”

“Update to previous review. Not sure if the following staff work for Coomes or Willard but shoutout to Robbie, Roxy, Service Manager Robert and Senior Service Tech Byron for making it right! GET A SECOND OPINION!! Disappointed in the service I received. After 2 visits and over $400 out of pocket, I identified and resolved my own issue… a clogged drain but was told I needed a brand new system! Other than the tech being punctual with a great personality, I have nothing else good to say!”
