“We just had cowboy cooling Service 3 HVAC units for the first time. They came highly recommended by our neighbor and they did not disappoint. We had the service technician by the name of William, who was outstanding! He is highly educated on HVAC, he took this time to explain certain issues on each unit and some potential issues that he found which he provided pictures. I just wish we found this company sooner! The price that is noted reflects a yearly service contract, which includes two yearly visits (summer /fall) for 3 units.”
