It turned out that their bid was by far the best in price and it was detailed. So, it only made sense for me to choose Cozy-D Heating & Air. They were always impressive, starting with Krystal, the office scheduler. They were always professional, on time, and they notified you of the person coming. Even more, they were knowledgeable, did great work in a timely manner, and their prices seemed fair. I truly appreciate Cozy-D Heating and Air for being understanding and scheduling the project a day after being notified thier bid won. I especially want to THANK the guys for completing what was not a usual install, in one day, by thinking outside of the box. It was a job well done! “Overall I trust Cozy D and have had no problems since starting with them a few years ago. All the technicians are professional and have great dispositions. My last service on 3/25/26 was scheduled for 10am. I contacted the company via text (which I realize was probably AI) and was told they would be there between 10-12. Then I received a message that it would be 12:30 pm. Then another that it would be closer to 1:30 pm. This wouldn't have been a problem but for the fact that my husband took off work and had we been aware that there would be such a delay he could have scheduled his departure later. While this was an isolated incident maybe the company can use this for minor customer experience improvements. I'd still recommend and use this company though!”
