“I have been using Crocker Heating and Air for several years. They installed my current unit and have done all of the yearly preventative maintenance. They are always courteous and professional. This morning I called at 8:30 and now at 9:30 the job is finished and I cold air . Ben provided excellent customer service. I wouldn’t consider using anyone other than Crocker.”

“Crocker Heating and Air installed a new HVAC system in our condo. Communication, follow up and service has been impeccable so far. Chris has been very responsive as we iron out some final details. They have exercised what we refer to as 7-star service; going above and beyond foreseeing and taking care of the customers needs before they ask. We did our research and CH&A was the best priced. They also service the unit for 2 years on certain things afterwards as part of the deal. The office staff is very friendly, professional, listens and remembers. Another reputable company with so much potential was about $2K higher. But the darling receptionist with a heart as big as Texas, was so hyper, finishing your sentences and repeating what they THOUGHT you were going to say before you have a chance to finish. Once you FINALLY get a word in edgewise attempts to provide clarity were incessantly met with another interruption and still not being heard or understood. What should have been a 1-2 minute phone call regularly turned into a 10-15 minute phone calls. It was truly exhausting! Crocker Heating & Air was SUCH a breath of fresh air! Communication was pleasant, professional, productive and seamless. We would highly recommend Crocker Heating and Air.”
