“Had a noise in condenser unit at my leased property. Called to have it checked out. Service technician scheduled visit with tenants and then sent me an estimate for a full replacement of the entire system - $11K. No feedback on the noise problem. Got a second opinion and was told that the system is old but running. The noise in the condenser unit was from a loose part. Criminal!”
