“Wonderful Service Our furnace had a cracked heat exchanger and we opted for a new furnace. The crew brought space heaters to our home to keep us warm for the 24 hours before the new furnace would be installed. They replaced our furnace on the "coldest day" in 6 years (literally - January 21st)! Every crew member was friendly, and polite and took great care to keep our home clean. They covered our floors, wore shoe covers, and even vacuumed the area where they worked in the basement. We have been a loyal customer for decades. We highly recommend Dave Perry Heating & Cooling. We have them coming back in spring to replace our AC unit.”

“On the night of MLK Day - and the Miami v. Indiana college football game - my boiler went belly up. I tried to grit it out with my fireplace & 1 space heater, but the temperature in my house just kept dropping. I ended up calling Dave Perry's emergency number and got Andrew. He was at my house within 40 minutes. He went straight to work, determined the issue, drove to their office to see if they had the part. They did not, so he brought back 4 space heaters to get us through the night. The next day, Andrew and Dane worked off/on until 6 PM, to make sure my heat was functioning properly. Which it has been ever since. We were at below-zero temps when my boiler malfunctioned, but these guys just jumped in and got the job done! The tech was able to diagnose our problem in a few short minutes. We knew that we had a very old furnace so it wasn’t worth fixing the problems. They gave us a quote right away and said we would get us a new furnace first thing Monday morning. The tech drove back to the shop to grab us a bunch of space heaters for the weekend. As promised they arrived first thing Monday morning and had everything up and running by mid afternoon. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable. They did a wonderful job.
