About
Dallas Plumbing Llc operates out of Dallas Texas and focuses on HVAC work for homes across the area. Crews respond to calls about air conditioning failures that hit hard during long hot summers when units run nonstop. They cover repairs on cooling systems along with full replacements when older equipment gives out under the strain. Homeowners in this city often deal with sudden breakdowns in June and July so the company keeps trucks ready to roll out fast for those urgent fixes that keep indoor temps manageable.
Technicians like Titus show up inside the promised window such as the 11 to 2 slot and get straight to checking the unit without delay. Other calls bring in names like Konstantine and Bradley who handle the full process from initial inspection through to finishing the job and leaving the space clean. They take on draining issues or install work when it ties into HVAC lines and explain costs upfront before starting so customers know what to expect on the bill. The team works through busy periods by squeezing in same day visits when possible and they double check connections on new parts to avoid repeat problems.
Customers keep coming back because the response speed stands out at an 8 out of 10 with techs arriving close to schedule even in peak months and the quality of the fixes holds up on the equipment itself. Communication comes through clear with texts and calls about arrival times while price feedback stays mixed on bigger jobs. The crew earns steady marks for showing up prepared and finishing without leftover mess. DIRT Score 5.0 from 1237 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“Excellent service and professional work! Konstantine and Bradley were fantastic! We had a great experience! They made the entire process of getting my new kitchen sink installed seamless. At the initial service call, I felt that the information I was given was honest and fair. Everything was explained clearly and I was told exactly what was needed. I think that’s always the scariest part of getting any service done is the fear of being taken advantage of. They showed up on time, kept me up to date on the progress, covered all my floors, wore shoe covers the whole time, and clean up after themselves. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.”
“I hate to say this, because I have used these guys before and they were really kind and professional, but I am now pretty sure i was likely scammed the other times I used them as well... We had them come out to take a look at our washing machine that was not draining properly. Every time we used it there was flooding. They assured me that once they snake the drain, things would be working fine. They snaked the drain, and things were most definitely not working.. Ok, it can happen, I wish they had told me before that there was a chance it would not work once they snaked it, but it is what it is. Their solution to this was that i needed to replace the 1.5 inch pipe with a 2 inch pipe to get things flowing again. This project included breaking down a wall and removing a sink. They quoted me $5000 and said they gave me "$1000" off. i was honestly ready to move forward with them but i decided to call another plumber to get a second opinion. He asked if they ran a camera through the whole system, I said no they hadn't. He came by for free, ran a camera and started laughing when he told us that everything was totally backed up and they had only snaked a few feet in. He poured some chemicals down the drain, charged me $280.00 and my washing machine is now working perfectly with ZERO flooding. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”
“Do Not Use this Company! I'll start off by saying the technician who came to my home explained everything up front and did a great job, and even cleaned up after himself. The work was very good. The reason I gave this company only 1 star is because they over charge their customers - by a lot! And do not provide a detailed receipt that shows their labor rates or parts costs. Everything is combined into one line item, so I don't know how much they charged me for labor, or how much the parts cost. I reached out three times asking for a detailed receipt and never received anything different than what they sent me originally, even after explaining I wanted to see the details. I had an exterior faucet replaced due to a split in the line, that would leak when opening the faucet. From what I can tell online, I was charged 4 times the normal rate for something like this. So instead of paying $300 it was $1300 and again, no breakdown of how much they charged me for labor or parts. It took him all of 20 minutes of work to complete the job. That included re-mortar of the surrounding area. Really $1300! Don't use them, find another company.”
“I called Dallas Plumbing & Air Conditioning & they were able to work me in & come out the same day during one of their busiest months in June. They gave me an appointment window of 11-2 & Titus the technician arrived at 1:52. Before he arrived I received a call & a text from the company informing me of who was coming & that he was on the way. Titus was friendly, patient, thorough & professional. He put on shoe covers before entering & informed me how long he had worked as an a/c technician. He didn't take long to diagnose the problem & give me my options. The reason that I gave them 4 stars is because their PRICES seemed high. I didn't use them for the replacement of my compressor because it was under warranty & the technician that installed my Goodman a/c unit in 2023 would replace it waaaay cheaper. Other than that, I would use this company again for a tune-up or basic maintenance.”
“Water heater repair action was quick, about 5 min as the technician had already figured out the issue. Glad system was still under warranty. We did not know the batteries in the water censor have to be changed out, otherwise the hot water will automatically shut off. Wish this could have been relayed over the phone since it was a simple fix, but glad tech walked me through the process.”
