“Mini split wasn't heating made a call to Direct Air office which customer service was very helpful and customer serving. They were able to get service scheduled quickly. The technician Eric arrived on time and very knowledgeable with mini split systems and proceeded to diagnose and locate a leak on the system. Eric made the needed repairs and the system is back up and working great. Definitely if any other HVAC repairs are needed I will contact Direct Air.”
