“Your service personnel were very clean and presentable. During servicing of my unit three things jumped out at me. 1) the water trap was not serviced. 2) the Cabinet door was re-installed. 3) the electric filters head unit was installed 180 degrees from how it has been since the complete heat pump unit was installed. I’m not sure if that is correct. I had asked the technician that was doing the install about the head unit being upside down , and he said it had to be that way. If the Head unit is correct and the cabinet door was left off on purpose please let me know.”
