“I just had the best experience I’ve ever had with a heating and air company. My husband went out of town yesterday (of course). By the time I got home from the airport and errands our upstairs unit had stopped cooling. It was 78 and climbing. I tried a couple of things with no luck. A friend referred me to Dwight saying she’s had the same guy for 15 years because he’s so honest and a great repairman. I spoke with him yesterday evening and told him I was okay for the night and he told me he would do his best to get me in today. He made it over around 10 am. He looked at both my units inside and out. He honestly couldn’t find an issue, but made sure the unit was cooling before he left. When I tried to pay him for taking a look he told me no because he really hadn’t done anything. In my opinion he definitely did something because he spent 45 minutes checking everything out and even topped off my Freon just to be sure. We’ve been in this home almost 10 years and we’ve had other ac companies out here. Even when the home was less than a year old they were trying to sale us $5000 uv lights and special cleaning services. Not Dwight. He laughed and said we could use a regular maintenance s”

“Dwight was helpful, courteous and most of all HONEST. While the big names in DFW you see advert during the morning news were sending over their "Specialists" (aka Salesmen) claiming we needed nearly $6,000 worth of work just to make a sale, Dwight focused on the actual problem. With Dwight, there was no sales pitch. He did a full service checkup diagnosing the problem and focusing on the much needed repair only. Instead of using fear tactics like the big names in DFW prefer to throw in the mix as well, Dwight focused on the repair. We have an 11 yr old unit, and Dwight saved us just over $5,000 worth of work the big names were hoping to charges us. Our unit has been pumping out cold air ever since he left. Thanks Dwight!”
