“They did work on my home a few months ago and it burned up last night. Could have lost my home because of their carelessness. I also just spoke to the owner Wilvur Ventura who said he will not refund me. The part and labor is not under warranty and he is sure he did a good job because it didn’t catch fire in the winter and he said this job was not done poorly. I told him I will take him to small claims court if I do not receive a refund (I was charged about $800 for reference, the relay cost $11. They charged me over $700 for labor) he said he gets taken to small claims court often so he doesn’t care. If a business is taken to small claims court often then it is NOT a good business. There are plenty more HVAC business that are talented and are not careless with their job like this. I encourage you to go elsewhere.”
