This company heavily relies on upsales such as recommending a new unit, their “duct cleaning” or “preventative maintenance” which in one of them Phillip the manager left the compressor disconnected, ended up grounding it and told the customer that it gave out and charged him to get it replaced. Ed Buenting if you are reading this you rightfully should be recompensated. No I’m not one of your customers and honestly wouldn’t be. However my good friend Ed Buenting from malarga st. is. You guys do his preventative maintenance. Someone left a capacitor disconnected and fried the compressor. Instead of saying sorry we’ll take care of it, you guys charged him for the repair and swept it under the rug. Very dishonest company.”
