“Jose and Pedro from Gutierrez’s Heat & A/C absolutely saved us. I am taking the time to write extended review as we appreciate the outstanding work this company did for us at Corvette Warehouse in Dallas, TX. Our AC went out at our Corvette dealership headquarters during extreme heat, customers and employees were miserable, and most companies couldn’t come out for days. We found Gutierrez’s Heat and A/C on Google, called for pricing, and within minutes Jose called back and rearranged his entire schedule to help us the same day. The temp fix involved rerouting ducts to get our office to be tolerable. This saved our business that day as all employees wanted to leave. Later in the day after we closed our showroom they then installed a new 5-ton unit for our office building. They work until late hours in the night so that we could open for business the next day. The professionalism, hustle, and genuine care for our situation was outstanding. Pricing was right in line with other quotes and significantly less than the big companies, but the service was far better than any AC company we have ever used. “This Company is AWESOME!!! Had an aggressive freon leak. They came behind another company said they would see if they could find the leak and possibly repair. Turns out after Jose did research there was still warranty on parts needing replaced… scheduled for Tuesday June 14, he moved me up to June 10… called me at 6pm on June 9 and said he would come tonight at 7:30 pm….
