H&G Systems Lp
HVAC Contractor · Dallas, TX
About
H&G Systems Lp works out of Dallas, Texas on HVAC jobs that cover commercial buildings and industrial facilities. Since 1968 they have built up experience handling complex heating and cooling installations and repairs across the state. In a place like Dallas the summer heat and sudden weather changes mean systems get pushed hard, so crews focus on making sure everything holds up without constant breakdowns for the owners who call them in. Property managers here often face equipment that runs year round in offices, schools, and factories, and this outfit brings the hands on approach needed to keep those units going.
Their crews handle service and maintenance on HVAC equipment including closed loop water source heat pumps and other mechanical systems in commercial properties. When issues arise the technicians step in with the know-how to sort them out on site. One customer pointed out that Jim stays just a phone call away whenever problems show up, which helps keep things moving during a repair. They cover fixes and upkeep for these units so building owners avoid bigger failures down the line, especially in the demanding conditions around Dallas where units run nonstop through long summers and sudden cold snaps. The work includes responding to calls for systems that have failed or need regular checks to stay efficient.
Customers give credit for solid repairs on heat pumps and solid access to techs like Jim when trouble hits, which supports marks on quality and communication. At the same time reviews flag problems with drivers speeding and cutting through traffic on local roads like Hampton and Bush Turnpike, which drags down the overall score on safety and how the company comes across. Speed of response earns some nods on service jobs but price feedback stays average across the board. DIRT Score 3.28 from 20 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“Reckless, Dangerous a d Agressive! Driver of one of their vehicles is reckless. Watched this guy with a cowboy (or similar) hat and sunglasses on Monday October 6 between 9-9:15am on the Bush/190 between Sachse and 75. Driving reckless...cutting in and out of traffic, forcing his vehicle into slots barely big enough for the truck. Multiple incidents, not just one. Completely reckless and disrespectful to everyone around him. Traffic was moving and there was no reason for this dangerous activity. Read other reviews that focus on similar experience. How can you do business with a company that supports this?”
