“Extremely disappointed in the level of service! Had a leak in my water meter that needing fixing, Eric came out next day and fixed it, but left us with a giant mess of sod thrown on top. Not only that, come to find out a couple weeks later when my grass starts turning brown that in the process, he chopped up some of my drip irrigation lines. When I called to see if they could rectify the situation, I was met with a bunch of excuses as to why they would have to charge me (more than my landscaper would). He acknowledged that he noticed the lines but thought they were "scraps." Needless to say I will never do service with them again, nor will I ever recommend them. Our builder recommended him to me, and I will be sure the builder knows of how we were treated, so that our neighbors don't have to deal with the same regret.”
