About

Jason Lee Vines runs an HVAC and mechanical contracting operation based right in Dallas, Texas. The business takes on mechanical work along with sheet metal fabrication and full HVAC installations and repairs for local homes and small commercial spots. Texas heat puts heavy demands on cooling equipment year after year, and crews like this one stay busy fixing breakdowns that pop up during the worst summer stretches. Homeowners in the area deal with aging units and duct problems that need quick attention before indoor temperatures climb too high.

They perform complete HVAC system replacements, routine maintenance checks, and targeted sheet metal duct repairs when leaks or poor airflow show up. Technicians show up prepared with tools to handle compressor swaps, thermostat upgrades, and full mechanical overhauls on older equipment. In Dallas the work often involves pulling out failed units from attics or rooftops and getting new ones running the same day so families avoid another night without cool air. Customers mention steady results on these jobs and note that the crews explain the needed fixes in plain terms before starting.

Work quality scores stay high because the fixes hold up through multiple seasons without callbacks. Fair pricing draws repeat calls since quotes match the actual parts and labor without extras added later. Communication stays clear from the first phone call through the final walkthrough, which keeps projects moving on schedule. DIRT Score 5.0 from 2937 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

Had such a great experience at Sixty Vines. The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed, fun outing, but what truly made the night stand out was our server, Justice. Justice was amazing—bubbly with a beautiful smile, engaging, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we were seated. She gave excellent recommendations that really elevated our meal. She struck the perfect balance between professionalism and personality, sharing a few laughs with us while still being attentive throughout the entire dining. Service like hers truly makes a difference. Between the great food, drinks, and outstanding service, we’ll definitely be back to see her when she’s bartending on Fridays.

Great local wine tasting restaurant with over 60 wines available for tasting. I like how you can get the small 2.5 oz portion and try different wines. The food is also good, I tried the wood grilled shrimp, caviar fried chicken, artichoke pizza, and burger. The uptown location is lively with outdoor seating. The also have a location in Plano.

Sixty Vines is always an above average option for tasty snacks and interesting wine pours. The service was the real standout for our recent May 2025 visit. Our food was only okay this time around to me, but drinks solid and again the service top notch and personable.

My friends and I had lunch in one of the igloos. It was heated, comfortable and our server, Kevin, was wonderful! We all ordered something different. From the pizza to the pork chop, everything was delicious! We will be back for the food and service alone.

Not going to lie, we had a rough start… we were seated for 20 minutes before a staff member noticed us. However, from that moment on, they turned it around! Savannah, who would be our waitress for the night, noticed us waiting and asked if anyone had been by to see us yet. When we said no, she was shocked and said she would tell her manager. Even though we were not in her section, she immediately started taking care of us. We ordered drinks, which she said would be on the house, and the manager also came by and offered her personal apologies as well as a complementary charcuterie board. While the 20 minute wait was irritating, I felt like the effort they put into making up for it ($50+ of complementary food and a lot of personal attention) was excellent and was enough to recover their rating. The food was superb, the wine list was incredible, and the atmosphere was relaxed and upscale. Given the quality of food, I would say things were fairly priced! The filet was $42 and perfectly cooked. The shrimp and bacon pizza was $17 and was a generous sized portion of deliciousness. The espresso martini was the best I have ever had. An absolute must if you’re here! We would wholeheartedly recommend Sixty Vines if you’re in the area, and we would specifically like to recommend Savannah for her exceptional service!
