Not only did he diagnose and fix the issue, but he also helped us with our thermostat (which was outside of the original assignment) and figured out—in less than 30 seconds—why our outside outlet plugs weren’t working. Joel truly took his time and walked my husband through exactly what was happening every step of the way.
