“Ken's Heat and Air is a trustworthy and fair HVAC contractor you can rely on. I have known and worked with them for over 20 years. I work in commercial design and applications for HVAC and recognize fair and honest companies. I understand the equipment, the sales process, the "lingo", etc. so if I vet a contractor, you can take it to the bank. If you ever have a concern or a question, just talk to them like it was your brother/sister unless you come from a dysfunctional family, then disregard. But my point is they are about as fair and honest as you can find, so quit wondering and start developing your relationship and you will have one less contractor to worry about.”
