About
Mary Kay Cosmetics handles HVAC work based in Dallas, Texas. They focus on heating and cooling systems for homes across the city where the weather swings hard from scorching summers that push air conditioners past their limits to occasional cold fronts that test furnaces. Local homeowners face constant strain on these units due to the intense heat and humidity that builds up over months and wears down equipment faster than in milder climates. The outfit sticks to straightforward repairs and maintenance without adding layers of complications that can drag out simple fixes.
They handle service calls for air conditioner breakdowns and heating adjustments by showing up to inspect coils, replace worn parts, and get systems back online before temperatures become unbearable inside. Work often involves clearing blocked drains during peak humidity or swapping out faulty thermostats that throw off the whole setup in older Dallas houses. Crews move through tight attics and crawl spaces to reach equipment while keeping jobs moving along without unnecessary delays that leave customers sweating it out longer than needed.
Customers note solid speed on arrivals and clear updates during jobs along with fair pricing that avoids surprise markups on parts. Quality holds up on the fixes that get completed right the first time while communication stays direct about what needs doing and how long it will take. Mixed notes appear on timing at busy periods but overall feedback points to reliable results on common repairs. DIRT Score 3.35 from 16 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“I don't know how they get high reviews. They didn't respect the appointment time. My appointment was at 7 am. and they didn't accept me on time. It's 9 o'clock and still they haven't given me a door yet. There's no bathroom. They don't know how to deal with drivers. That's my experience. And they don't open on weekends”
“Small lot. Keep to appointment time, no place to park. If you need bolt cutters for your seal tell them when you are checking in and they will bring them out with them otherwise it'll take a while for them to go all the way back and get them.”
“Go to near dock 10 press the call button and wait 5 minutes, if someone not come then there is small door near dock 10 and ring the buzzer. They are friendly and nice. Fast unloading, receiving hours 8 am to 4:30 pm”
