“Scheduling online was easy and convenient, and I appreciated receiving a text message before the technician arrived. The issue is with the actual service. I specifically requested that the primary AC drain line be cut and cleaned. Instead, the technician cut the secondary drain line, completed the cleaning, and initially reported that the job was done. I had to point out that the wrong line had been cut before the technician went back and worked on the primary line. The cleaning itself appears to have been completed, but cutting the wrong drain line was a clear mistake. I was very specific about which line needed to be serviced. My concern now is the unnecessary cut and repair made to the secondary line. If that connection ever develops a leak or fails in the future because it was cut unnecessarily, it will create a problem that did not exist before the service. I’ve attached photos showing where the secondary line was cut and reconnected so others can judge the workmanship for themselves.”
