“A relative referred me to this business to purchase a motor for my HVAC. I called them, provided my HVAC information, and they had everything waiting for me when I walked in. The overall purchase was quick and easy. However, I wish I could give them 10 stars. I've returned to this business multiple times in a couple of weeks but not for anything they done wrong. I 100% say a woman will feel confident getting assistance here. The manager/owner (I regret not getting his name) was so patient and detailed with my issues I took notes and sounded like I knew what I was talking about when I had to repeat the information later. I then had to get a part cut. Not only did he take my old part off, he switched out parts that didn't look right, remounted it, and tested the motor before I left. I'm one happy customer and will definitely refer this business to everyone I know. Everyone here was so professional and courteous. I also want to add that the prices are very reasonable.”

“Chrystal literally saved the day!!!!! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about my Carrier system. I was so impressed with the quality of service I received. My A/C had stopped working, and I thought it might be the capacitor. Chrystal tested it for me, and when it checked out fine, she helped me troubleshoot other possible issues. We agreed that the blower motor was most likely the problem. I brought the blower motor assembly in, and Chrystal not only tested the motor, but also installed a new bracket and motor into the drum assembly, spliced the wires, and attached a new harness so all I had to do was plug it into my control board at home. I paid a fair price, and the customer service was exceptional. I will most certainly use this business again for future A/C repairs. I highly recommend them!!! Thank you, Chrystal!”

“If I could give more stars I would. Matt was the....IS the standard for customer service. The whole vibe of this establishment was more than what I expected from an HVAC parts store. I walked in unfamiliar with a part and Matt was ready with a smile to greet, correct and assist me. As he begin to explain what I needed, I asked if I could record his hands to maintain privacy. He was agreeable and I was so thankful because I didn't want to mess up relaying any pertinent information. After completing my purchase, we chatted a bit about their beautiful cat. I really was overly impressed. I'd go there just to hang out 😅”

“My condenser fan motor failed, I called and was quoted a fair price for a new one. I’ve never done any type of repair to my A/C system. When I went into the store the staff are GREAT, extremely helpful in every possible way. I was a little confused on installing the new motor and wiring it in as it was not the same brand part, but I was able to text photos of my unit and how it was wired and the staff guided me on how to wire the new motor up. Customer service is top notch and I know a local convenient location for all my hvac needs!”
